We spend a lot of time here at Royal Complex in Borivali West. It’s right across from the Jain Mandir, so it’s easy for people to find us once they get to the Bellary Road area. Some days it gets pretty busy with deliveries coming in and out. We are off NH7, near the Nellukunte Bettadahalasur stretch. We deal with surgical items mostly. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized. Usually, someone is here by 10 am to start opening the boxes. My desk is near the back. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud, especially in the afternoons. Neighbors from the other shops stop by for a quick chat now and then. We have been here for a while. It's a regular workplace. We keep the inventory on the shelves and check what's missing. People usually call first to see if we have specific things in stock. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but the bus stop is close. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy around the entrance. We just wipe it down and keep going. Not much else to say. We just do our work here every day and go home when the sun goes down. It's just a local surgical supply place. The Royal Complex has a lot of movement. You see the same faces every day. We handle the paperwork and the boxes as they come.
