K M Xavier & Co has been operating out of the Dhanraj Mill Compound for many years. We are located on Sunmill road in Lower Parel, right on Brahmin Street. It’s a bit tucked away, honestly. If you find the Shah And Nahar Industrial Estate, you are basically right there. This area used to be all mills, and you can still feel that history when you walk through the compound gates. Our office isn't anything flashy. We have desks, a lot of paper, and people who know what they are doing. It’s a professional setup but we don't go in for those modern glass walls you see in the new towers nearby. We like the old character of the building. Most of our clients have been coming to us for decades, and now we see their children too. It’s mostly accounting and paperwork stuff that fills our days. Sometimes the rain makes the compound a bit messy, but that's Mumbai for you. We just get on with the work. There's a small tea stall nearby where we get our afternoon chai, which is usually the highlight of the day. If you’re coming for a meeting, give yourself extra time because the traffic around Lower Parel is always a bit of a mess. Just look for the Sunmill sign.
