K. K. Chemical Industries

Out here in Vasai East, specifically in the Riddhi Industrial Estate, we’ve got our little setup for K. K. Chemical Industries. It is tucked away in Goraipada. The area is quite packed with other small factories and warehouses. We have been working from this same spot for a good while now. Dealing with chemicals is mostly about following the steps and not rushing things. It can get quite hot in the unit during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We handle different batches depending on what the customers need that week. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving drums around the floor. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space, it’s always a bit of a struggle. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We don't spend money on big signs or fancy offices. The office is just a desk in the corner with a lot of paperwork piled up. We supply to local businesses mostly. People around Thane know we are here if they need something specific mixed or packaged. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if it’s just a regular industrial unit. We just focus on getting the drums filled and sent out on time.
