Our office is over in New Anant Bhavan, right on Narshi Natha Street. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the transport businesses packed in together. We’ve been operating from room 104/257/65 for quite a while now. It’s one of those old buildings where everyone knows each other. Usually, the day starts pretty early with phone calls about where the trucks are and if the loads are ready. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things don't go sideways. The street outside is always crowded with tempos and people carrying bags. It can get pretty loud during the day, so sometimes we have to shout just to be heard over the traffic. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff that people don't really see. It’s mostly about making sure things get from one point to another without getting lost in the shuffle. We've seen the area change a bit over the years, but the basic work stays the same. The walls in the office could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. We don't use any fancy tracking software or anything, just our logs and a lot of phone calls to keep track of everything. It’s simple work, really.
