Our shop is in the Shiv Sai Building on J P Road in Andheri West. We are pretty much right opposite Apna Bazar, which makes it easy for people to give directions. If you walk in, the first thing you notice is the smell of ink and the sound of the machines running. It is a busy place, especially in the Malvani area. We have stacks of paper everywhere and boxes waiting to be picked up. We started this because we knew how to handle the printers and it just grew from there. It is not a fancy studio. We have some stools for customers to sit on while they wait for their copies or prints. Sometimes the machines get a bit temperamental, but we know how to fix them and keep things moving. The lights are bright so we can see the colors properly. My desk is covered in samples and half-finished jobs. We get all sorts of people coming in, from students to local shop owners who need flyers. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people just see the sign outside or hear about us from someone else in the building. It is just a straightforward printing shop where we work hard and try to get the jobs done before the day ends. We stay open late most nights because that is when the rush happens.
