Our office for the JW Marriott side of things is located at 204-B Wing in Hill View Tower. We are on L.B.S Marg in Surya Nagar, Vikhroli West. If you know Mumbai, you know LBS Marg is always packed with cars and buses. Hill View Tower is a decent building and we are up on the second floor. This isn't the big fancy hotel with the fountains and the marble lobby; this is where a lot of the actual coordination and office work happens. We have a lot of files and computers here for the staff. Vikhroli is a bit of an industrial and residential mix, so it feels very grounded. We spend our days dealing with the logistics of the hotel business. It’s not very glamorous. We mostly just drink our chai and get through the mountains of paperwork. The view of the hills from the tower is okay if the smog isn't too bad. We’ve got a good group of people here who just want to get the job done without too much fuss. It gets pretty loud with the traffic noise from LBS Marg coming through the windows. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just the back-end team making sure things are organized. It’s a busy office in a busy part of Maharashtra, and we’ve been here for a while now. It's just simple work.
