We are located right on Juhu Tara Road in Mumbai, with the beach just a short walk away. Even though it’s a big name, we who work here see it as our daily job to keep everything running. The building is large, and there are always people coming and going from the airport or the city. We have a lot of rooms to look after and the hallways are long. Most of our day is spent making sure the lobby is clean and the guests have what they need. It’s a busy spot in Juhu, and there is always something happening. Whether it’s a wedding or just someone staying for a night, we are on our feet. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up, put on the uniform, and get to it. The kitchen stays open late and the lights never really go out. It takes a lot of people to keep a place like this going, from the cleaners to the folks at the front desk. We see all kinds of people from all over the world. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming, but we are used to the pace by now. It’s a landmark on the road, but for us, it’s just where we work every day. It's a lot of coordination between the floors. We just try to get the bags to the right rooms. The doors never stop moving.
