You can find us at the Kohinoor Building, right on N S Patkar Marg in Kemps Corner. It is an older building, number 29, and it has that classic Mumbai feel that you don't see as much anymore. We are situated right across from Kharghat Colony, so we get a good mix of people from the nearby residential blocks. The traffic on the road outside is almost never quiet, but once you step inside, the walls block out most of the city noise. We spend a lot of our morning getting everything set up for the day’s work. It is mostly just the usual stuff, keeping the stations tidy and the combs soaking in the jars. Kemps Corner is a busy intersection, so there is always plenty of movement outside our windows. We have a couple of windows that look out toward the street, which is nice for a bit of light when we are working. The space isn't overly complicated. We have our mirrors, our chairs, and our products lined up on the shelves where we can reach them easily. Most of our clients have been coming to this part of Mumbai for years, so it feels like a very settled and familiar place to be. We don't do much in the way of big announcements. We just show up, open the doors, and get to work. By the time evening rolls around, the streetlights outside come on and the colony across the way starts to get quiet.
