We've been at 72 Juhu Supreme Centre for a while now. It’s right on Gulmohar Road, which is usually quite busy. Most days are just spent dealing with different chemical supplies and making sure orders get to where they need to go. It’s not a very fancy operation, just a regular office where we keep track of everything. The traffic around Juhu can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it by now. We deal with various industrial clients, mostly through phone calls and emails. We don't really have a big showroom or anything like that, just the office space where the paperwork happens. People usually call us first before stopping by to discuss things. Sometimes it gets really hectic, especially when a big shipment is delayed or someone needs something urgently. We try to keep everything organized, though it gets a bit cluttered with all the files and folders everywhere. It's just a small team of us here. We know the other people in the building pretty well. There’s always a lot going on in this part of Mumbai. We’ve seen the shops and buildings around us change quite a bit over the years. We just focus on getting the work done day by day. It’s a steady pace of work. Nothing too flashy happens here. We just handle the requests as they come in and try to be helpful. If a factory needs a specific chemical, we check our lists. That’s our routine from morning till evening.
