Juhu Residency Boutique Hotel sits at 148-B Juhu Tara Road. It’s a busy street in Mumbai, especially with the JW Marriott nearby bringing in so much traffic. We aren't a massive hotel with hundreds of rooms. Being a boutique place means things are a bit smaller and more manageable. The building has been here for a while, and we do our best to keep it looking decent for everyone who stays. People choose us when they want to be near the beach but don't want to deal with a huge, impersonal lobby. Our rooms are just rooms—beds, bathrooms, and a place to put your bags. We don't have a team of people in suits greeting you at every corner. It’s more relaxed than that. The street outside is almost always noisy, but that’s just Juhu for you. We see travelers from all over, some staying for work and some just visiting the city. The staff here is pretty small, so you’ll likely see the same faces every morning. We don't have a giant gym or three different swimming pools. It’s a practical choice for someone who needs a place to sleep that isn't a chain. We try to make sure the AC works and the sheets are clean. It’s honest work, keeping a hotel running in this part of town. We’re just a local business trying to provide a roof for travelers.
