You can find us in the basement of the Heena Shopping Centre which is right on S. V. Road in Jogeshwari West. Being in the basement means we don’t get a lot of natural light but it stays a bit cooler in the summer months. We are right near the Allahabad Bank so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. The shopping center is always buzzing with activity and S. V. Road is famously busy at all hours of the day. We’ve been here for a long time now. Our space is pretty basic. We have our counters and our storage and not much else. We aren’t interested in having a flashy storefront with neon signs. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. Most of our customers are local people who know the area well. It can get a bit crowded in the basement corridors when several deliveries arrive at once. We just work through the piles of boxes and get things sorted. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a team of marketing experts. It’s just a few of us making sure the business keeps running. We deal with whatever comes our way and try to be helpful to the people who walk in. It’s not a perfect setup but it’s ours and it works for us.
