Joe Engineers & Contractors

Joe Engineers & Contractors is based out of 4 Billi Bungalow on M.G Road. We are located right opposite the Ghatkopar East area. It is an old-school kind of place, being in a bungalow rather than one of those tall glass office buildings you see everywhere now. We do a lot of actual site work, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day while we are all out at different projects across the city. When we are actually in the office, it is usually to go over some technical plans or to talk to clients about their home renovations and new builds. We have been doing this for a long time, so we know all the local building regulations and how things actually work on the ground here. It is not always smooth sailing; sometimes the materials do not show up on time or we find something totally unexpected behind a wall we are tearing down. We just deal with those problems as they come up. We aren't really big on corporate talk or making grand promises. We just tell people exactly what can be done and how long it is going to take us to do it. Being on M.G Road makes it very easy for people to just drop by and have a chat about their ideas. We like the direct approach with our customers and try to be as practical as possible with every contract.
