If you've ever been to Opera House in Mumbai, you know how crowded and loud it gets. That’s where we are, right in the middle of it all at the Punchratna Building. Jlg Diamonds Llp is on the second floor, room 235. It’s a busy building with people constantly moving in and out of elevators. We’ve been here for a good bit now. The space isn't huge, but it fits what we need. Dealing with diamonds means you spend a lot of time staring at small things under a lamp. It’s quiet inside our room even if the street outside is a mess of horns and traffic. Mumbai weather can be tough, so the air conditioning is our best friend during the summer months. We handle everything right from this office. There’s no big corporate vibe here. It’s just us doing the day-to-day tasks. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local stalls nearby when we get a break. You get used to the pace of the diamond district after a few years. It becomes home. We don’t have a flashy website or a team of PR people. It’s just Jlg Diamonds, a few desks, and the work that needs finishing by the end of the day. The building itself is famous for this kind of trade, so we’re in the right spot for the business. We just show up, do the job, and head home like everyone else in the city. It is just a normal living for us.
