Jitender Roadlines

Our office is at Office No 9 in the A Wing on the first floor, right in the Chembur Dadar TT area. It’s a busy hub for transport and moving things around, so we are right in the middle of the action. The building is usually buzzing with people coming and going at all hours. Our space is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some phones that never seem to stop ringing, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It’s not a place for lounging around. Most of the time, we are busy coordinating with drivers or checking on where a particular load has reached. Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevator when we’re in a rush. The area can be quite loud with all the buses and trucks nearby, but it’s the heartbeat of what we do. We’ve been operating out of this wing for a long time now. Most of the people we work with are regulars who know exactly where to find us. We don't bother with fancy decorations or expensive furniture. As long as the phones work and we have enough pens, we're good to go. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been in this building for a long time and people know we are here. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it.
