Being over at 7 Koli Samaj Bldg in Sewree Koliwada means we see a lot of the local life every day. This area has its own rhythm, especially being so close to the water. Jinan Chenw Technology & Trading Co.Ltd. might sound like a long name, but we are just a small setup doing our daily work. We deal with various bits of technology and trading goods that come through. It’s a mix of paperwork and checking items as they arrive. The building is an old one, typical for this part of Sewree. Sometimes the salt air gets to everything, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate tower with glass walls. It’s mostly just us at our desks or moving crates. Trading is mostly about timing and knowing who needs what. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at shipping lists. The neighborhood is full of hardworking people, and we feel like we fit right in. Sometimes the traffic around the Koliwada gets backed up, so we’ve learned to plan our days around that. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders go where they should. It’s honest work. Every day brings something a bit different depending on what is being traded that week. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the details. It's a busy spot but we like the energy of the docks nearby.
