We operate out of Kandivali West, specifically at 29 Cd. It’s an industrial block, and our space is mostly filled with metal-working machines and packing equipment. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the gears are greased properly. The ceiling is high, but it still feels crowded because of all the inventory we keep on hand. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been around since the beginning. We don't really have a formal dress code; we just wear whatever is practical for working around grease and metal shavings. The office part is just a couple of desks shoved into a corner with a lot of files and old catalogs. We spend most of our time out on the floor anyway. The windows are high up and covered in a bit of grime, so the light is always a little dim inside. It makes it easier to focus on the work, though. Kandivali is a noisy place, and you can always hear the sound of other workshops nearby doing their own thing. We usually order lunch from a small place down the street that delivers in tiffin boxes. It’s nothing fancy, just regular food to get us through the shift. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just a small one near the door so people know they’ve found the right place. It’s a solid, hardworking environment where we just focus on getting the machines ready.
