Our setup is over at Udyog Bhavan on Sonawala Road. If you know Goregaon East, you know this part of town gets quite crowded. The building is one of those older industrial ones, but it serves its purpose for our engineering work. We are at number 231. It’s not the most modern place you’ll ever see, but it’s sturdy. There’s always a lot of activity on the road outside with trucks and people moving things around. Sometimes the traffic in Goregaon can be a real headache, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to head home. Inside the office, it's mostly just us focused on the projects at hand. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. Usually, you’ll find some of us near the desks or checking on things in the back. It’s a practical workspace for Jaypeetex Engineering Pvt Ltd. We’ve been in this spot for some time, and we know the neighbors pretty well. There’s a guy who sells snacks nearby that we visit often. It’s a busy life here in the industrial estate. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it hasn't been a priority. We’re just here to work and get through the list of tasks we have every week and keep things moving.
