JAY Prints

JAY Prints is located at 75/81, in Shop No 1 on the ground floor in Fort. Being in Fort means we are right in the middle of all the old buildings and narrow streets. It is a very busy part of Mumbai where everyone is always in a rush. Our shop is small but we have packed it with all the machines we need for printing. You can hear the hum of the printers from the street sometimes. We get a lot of walk-in customers because we are on the ground floor and easy to step into. There is always a smell of ink and paper in the air here. We don’t really have a fancy storefront, just the glass door and some samples of what we have done recently. It’s the kind of place where you come to get things done quickly. The light inside is a bit bright because we need to see the colors right. Often there are stacks of paper waiting to be cut or packed up for delivery. We’ve stayed in this spot because the location is central for all the offices around here. It gets very crowded during lunch hours. We just focus on the jobs that come in that day. It is a lot of standing around and checking quality. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fix them on the spot. It’s a busy, noisy little shop.
