Jasmine Banquets

Jasmine Banquets is located over at the NES International School in Mulund West. It’s a bit of an interesting spot since we are right there by the school. The 400080 area is always buzzing with parents and students, so during the day it’s very lively around here. Our space is used for all sorts of things, from school functions to community meetings and small receptions. I’ve been managing the hall for a while now, and it’s mostly about keeping the schedule straight. We have a lot of storage for chairs and tables that we have to haul out every time there’s an event. My back usually hurts by the end of the week, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so most people find out about us because they live in Mulund or their kids go to the school. The walls are a bit plain, but people usually bring their own decorations to liven it up. Sometimes the parking gets a bit tight on Cypr road when there’s a big event, and I have to go out and help direct the cars. It’s not a polished corporate venue, just a functional hall that serves the local neighborhood. We keep the lights on and the doors open for whoever needs a place to gather. It’s honest work, and we know most of the people who come through.
