Jaschill Engineering Enterprises Pvt Ltd is located in Shivaji Nagar inside the Gurukrupa Co Operative Housing Society. We have units 303 and 304 which we’ve converted into our working space. It’s an interesting mix because you have people living their daily lives right next to where we are doing our engineering work. Sector 4 is a decent area and being part of a housing society means things are generally quite safe and orderly. We don’t have a big factory floor here, it’s more for the technical drawings, planning, and administrative side of things. There’s always someone coming by to drop off a package or ask a question. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of specialized equipment and blueprints taking up space. We try to keep things organized but when you’re in the middle of a big project things tend to get messy. We don’t use any of those fancy mission statements. We just focus on the engineering tasks at hand and try to make sure we don’t make any mistakes. The staff here is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. It feels more like a family than a company most days. We drink a lot of tea and spend hours staring at computer screens or paper designs. It’s not a glamorous job but it is honest work and we are glad to be part of the community here in Shivaji Nagar.
