Jaradi & Sons

We are tucked away at A/36 in Andheri East, right on 9th Main. It’s pretty easy to find because we are right next to the Mercedes service station. Being near a big place like that means there’s always cars coming and going. Our shop is a bit more modest though. It’s a family thing, Jaradi & Sons, so you’ll usually see one of us behind the counter or back in the storage area. It gets pretty cramped inside with all the boxes and parts we keep on hand. We try to keep it organized, but things have a way of piling up when we get busy. The air conditioner works when it feels like it, so some days it’s a bit stuffy in here. We’ve got a lot of regulars who stop by just to see what’s new or to ask a quick question about a part they need. We don’t really have a big sales pitch. If we have what you need, we tell you. If we don’t, we might know where you can find it. Working in Andheri means dealing with the rain during monsoon, and sometimes the street floods a bit, but we stay open. There’s a tea stall just down the road where we get our morning snacks. It’s a basic operation, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. We just like doing what we do and being part of the local scene here. Most of the day is spent checking inventory or talking to delivery guys.
