Janta Bhuvan Hotel

We are based in the Nallu Naka Building, right on the ground floor at Shop Number 33. This is on C P Tank Road in the Gulal Wadi-Bhuleshwar area of Mumbai. If you know this part of the city, you know how narrow the lanes are and how many people are always moving through them. We are near the HDFC lane, which is always busy. The shop itself is small, like most places in this neighborhood. We have a few tables squeezed in where people sit to have tea or a quick snack. The walls are old and have many layers of paint on them. You can hear the bells from the nearby temples and the shouting of the street vendors all day long. We open up very early in the morning when the milk is delivered. It is a fast-paced environment. People don't come here to sit for hours. They come for ten minutes, eat, pay, and leave to get back to their business in the market. We have an old counter where we keep the daily items. The ceiling is high but the room feels small because of all the activity. We don't have a fancy sign or any modern decorations. It is just a local spot that has survived in a very busy part of Mumbai for a long time.
