Jamhik Dyechem Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Santacruz West. Our office is on the ground floor of Pushipandra Mansion, which is Plot No.9 at 10 Pherozshah Street. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a mix of old residential buildings and small businesses. It’s a narrow street, and parking is always a bit of a challenge, but we’ve been here long enough that we don’t really think about it anymore. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, filing cabinets, and the usual paperwork related to the chemical industry. We deal with a lot of suppliers and manufacturers, so there’s always a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and through mail. The building itself has that classic Santacruz feel to it—a bit old, but sturdy. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that because most of our work is handled through orders and shipments. It can get quite humid in the afternoons, especially during the monsoon, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy with our logs. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s central for us. People who work here have been around for years, so it feels more like a small community than a corporate office. It’s just a regular workplace where we manage our day-to-day business without much fuss or bother. We just try to keep everything moving and make sure our records are kept straight for the month.
