Our shop is located at Shop Number 10 in the Jamuna Niwas Building. We are in Kandivali West, specifically on 1st Cross G B Lane. It is a very busy spot because it’s so close to the railway station. You can also find us if you look for Sarovar Restaurant, we are right near there. Being so close to the station means there is always a crowd outside. The lane is usually packed with people rushing to catch their trains or coming home after a long day. Inside the shop, it’s often noisy with the sound of the machines running. We’ve got paper stacked up in different corners and the smell of ink is always in the air. It’s a small place, so it can get a bit cramped when a few people come in at once. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who have been doing this for a long time. We know the other shop owners on the lane and often chat with them during a quick break. We don't really do any advertising. People just know we are here because they pass by us every day on their way to the train. It’s a practical business and we just focus on getting the work done. The heat in the afternoon can be tough, but we keep the fans going. It’s just our daily routine in a very busy part of Kandivali.
