Jai Laxmi Furniture Decorators

Jai Laxmi Furniture Decorators is located at Gala No. 28 in the Sumtinath Industrial Estate. We are on Chincholi Bunder Road, just off the Link Road in Malad West. It is a very busy area with a lot of furniture shops nearby, like Tangent and Nishar Furniture. Our workshop is in a big industrial building where there is always the sound of sawing and hammering. The air is thick with the smell of sawdust and wood polish. We spend our days cutting timber and fitting pieces together. Gala No. 28 is a bit cramped because we have so many planks of wood and half-finished chairs taking up space. You have to watch your step so you don't trip over a toolbox. The traffic on Chincholi Bunder Road is almost always bad, so we try to get our deliveries done as early as possible. We are just a group of people who enjoy working with our hands. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and carpets. Our customers usually just come straight to the workshop to see what we are building. We have a small kettle for making tea and a few old stools to sit on during breaks. It is a dusty, noisy, and busy place to work, but it is what we know. We just focus on getting the joints tight and the surfaces smooth before the next order comes in.
