Our office is in Bhandup West, specifically in the Filix Commercial Complex, room 901-B. We are right opposite the Asian Paints plant, which is a huge place compared to ours. We work on machinery for plastics, or Plamach as we call it. The complex is always busy with people coming and going from different offices. We have a decent view from the ninth floor, even if it's just more buildings and the traffic below. Inside, it’s mostly desks piled high with blueprints and catalogs. We spend a lot of time talking to engineers and factory managers. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office kitchen is tiny and the microwave makes a weird noise, but it gets the job done. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and some of us have been friends since school. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything like that. If there's work to do, we stay late. If it's quiet, we might leave a bit early to beat the Mumbai traffic. We try to keep things straightforward. There’s no need for big speeches or fancy presentations. We just show people what our machines can do and let the work speak for itself. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or planning out the next big project. It’s a busy life in Bhandup. It's just us, the machines, and a lot of coffee. We also have a few plants by the window that we forget to water sometimes.
