Jaffer Bhais Delhi Darbar

We have been running Jaffer Bhais Delhi Darbar here at Abdullah Mansion for a long time now. It is right on S.V.P. Road in the Dongri area. If you know Charnul, you know where we are. Most days, the kitchen gets busy early because people expect their food on time. We don't do anything fancy with the decor. It is just tables and chairs where you can sit and eat without much fuss. The street outside is always loud with traffic and people walking by, but inside it is mostly about the smell of the pots cooking on the stove. We use the same recipes we have had for years. Some days we run out of certain items if the crowd is too big, but that is just how it goes in a busy place like this. The staff here mostly knows the regulars by their names or what they usually order. We get a lot of families on weekends and workers during the lunch hour. Dongri is a crowded place, so finding us is easy if you look for the old building. We spend most of our time making sure the meat is tender and the rice is cooked right. It is not a quiet place, but it is honest food. We don't use much advertising because people just find us by walking past. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise, but nobody seems to mind as long as the food is hot on the plate.
