Jadhav Engineer

Jadhav Engineer is based in Mohanlal Mansion on Bhandarkar Road in Matunga. It’s an old building with a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit creaky. We’ve been in this location for quite a while. Matunga is a nice area, very traditional in some ways. Our office is filled with drawings, tools, and old files. We don't really have a receptionist or anything fancy. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend our days looking at plans and trying to figure out technical problems. It’s a lot of math and practical thinking. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're working on a project. The light in the office is okay during the day, but it gets a bit dim in the evenings. We’re just a small engineering outfit. We don't try to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just focus on the engineering side of things. Bhandarkar Road is usually busy, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We’ve grown used to it over the years. It’s a solid place to work. We just keep our heads down and get the engineering jobs done as they come in. Sometimes the ceiling leaks a tiny bit when it rains really hard, but we just put a bucket under it. That's life in an old mansion.
