We are based in Andheri, Mumbai, which is pretty much the center of everything for us. Jacobs Engineering I Pvt Ltd has been operating here for quite some time. Andheri is loud, crowded, and always moving, and our work reflects that pace. We don't have a huge, shiny office building. It’s more of a functional space where we can focus on our engineering tasks without too many distractions. The streets outside are usually jammed with traffic, and during the rains, it gets quite messy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Inside the office, things are a bit more organized. We have our drafting tables and computers set up in a way that makes sense for us. It’s not a fancy place, and we don’t have a lot of decorations on the walls. Mostly, you’ll see maps, charts, and technical schedules taped up everywhere. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when a project needs finishing. It’s a group of people who know their jobs and just want to get things right. We don’t go in for corporate talk or big presentations. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a pile of drawings. It’s a busy, sometimes chaotic place, but it’s where we do our work. Being in Andheri keeps us close to everything we need and all our local contacts.
