Our spot in the Judicial Layout is where we handle all the logistics. It’s not a fancy office. It’s mostly just us, some old furniture, and a lot of ledgers. The noise from the Bombay Municipal Market is a constant background sound here. We see a lot of people passing through Dongri every day. Some are headed to the market, others are just passing through the 4th Cross. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just transport work. We keep the trucks moving and the records straight. The air can be thick with the smell of the market goods, and the street is always narrow and packed. We’ve learned to work with the space we have.
