Jaankeesh Educational Academy

Jaankeesh Educational Academy is based in Andheri East, over on Dhanji Street at 69/71. We are up on the fifth floor in B-501. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Andheri East can get at any time of the day or night. Our building is right in the middle of all that energy. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but not too bad if the weather is okay. The academy itself is mostly classrooms and a small area where we keep all the records and textbooks. It gets pretty loud when the students are here, but that’s to be expected for an academy. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning systems that work all the time, so we usually just keep the windows open for a breeze, even with the city noise coming in. The hallway outside B-501 is always a bit cluttered, and the elevator can be a bit moody, so sometimes we just take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much. We’ve been at this location for a while now and have become part of the local scene on Dhanji Street. It’s a practical space for learning, nothing more and nothing less. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as the work is getting done and the students have what they need. It’s just us doing what we do every day in the heart of Mumbai.
