Started working at J K Cement Ltd quite some time back. If you head down Bhulabhai Desai Road towards the Ashram Road area, you'll find us over at Singh Estate, number 59. It's not a flashy office or anything, just a place where we get the job done. Most days it’s pretty loud with the trucks coming in and out, and there’s always a bit of dust in the air, but that’s just how it is with cement. We spend a lot of time checking orders and making sure the bags are loaded right. It’s hard work, especially when the weather gets hot, but we’ve got a good group here who knows what they’re doing. Most of the folks around here know where we are. We don't really bother with big signs because people just need the material for their houses or whatever they're building. Sometimes it feels like the traffic on Ashram Road never stops, which makes getting the deliveries out a bit of a headache. But we manage. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, new buildings going up everywhere you look. It’s funny to think some of that probably used the stuff we move through here. We just show up, do the work, and go home. No point making it sound more complicated than that. If you’re looking for the place, just look for the gates at Singh Estate. We're usually there from early morning until the sun goes down.
