Itc Ltd Hotels Division

Down in Parel, right next to the KEM hospital, things are always moving fast. We are based in the ITC Housing Complex at Millsquare, specifically at B 05. It’s a bit of a mix here because it is part of the hotels division but it also feels like home for some people. The Dr. Earnest Borges Road is usually packed with cars and ambulances, so there is always noise outside. You get used to it after a few weeks of working here. Our little corner in Mumbai 400012 isn’t very big, but it stays busy with all the paperwork and people moving in and out of the complex. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny lobby or anything. It’s more of a functional spot where the staff gets things sorted. Usually, you can smell the food from the nearby stalls or the hospital canteen. The housing complex itself is a bit of an older style, which is nice in a city that’s always changing. We spend most of our time just managing the daily tasks that come with running a big hotel group's local base. It is a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls, really. Sometimes we have a quick chat near the entrance before heading back in to finish the day. It’s just a normal workplace in a very crowded, very alive part of Mumbai. There is always something happening around the gate.
