Ishan Industries

Ishan Industries is tucked away in Ghatkopar, specifically at the Gangad Bavla area, units 9 and 10A. It is one of those industrial spots where everyone is busy doing their own thing. We have got our machinery set up in the back, and the front is mostly for loading stuff in and out. The floors are concrete and usually have some scuff marks from the heavy lifting we do every day. Working in Ghatkopar means we are right in the middle of everything, which is helpful but also means it gets crowded. Our space at 9/10A isn't huge, but we make every inch of it count. We do not have a lot of office staff, mostly just people who are not afraid to get their hands dirty. You won't find any corporate paintings on the walls here, just calendars and maybe some old notes pinned up. Sometimes the power flutters, or the rain makes a lot of noise on the roof, but we just keep working through it. It is a practical kind of place. We handle the industrial side of things without making a big fuss about it. Most of the guys have been here long enough to know where every tool is kept. It is just how we run things at Gangad Bavla, keeping it simple and making sure the work is actually getting finished. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s tasks.
