We are situated in Andheri West, right inside the Laxmi Industrial Estate. Our office is at 141, Lakshmi Plaza on the first floor. If you know the New Link Road area, you know it is always crowded and loud. There is always some kind of work going on in the units around us. Our place is pretty straightforward. We have a main room where most of us sit and a small area for storage. We handle chemicals and industrial products, so there are always data sheets and catalogs lying around. It is an industrial estate, so you won't find any fancy carpets or soft music here. It’s more about the sound of machines and people shouting to be heard. We spend a lot of time coordinating with factories and making sure the logistics are handled properly. The staff has been together for years, so we don't really need a lot of rules to know how to work. We just get on with it. Lunch is usually a quick break where we talk about the cricket scores or the latest news. It is a practical environment where the main goal is just to finish the day's tasks. We have seen many businesses come and go in this estate, but we just keep doing our thing. It is a busy, slightly messy, but productive way to spend the work week.
