Intro Hardware

Intro Hardware is tucked away in the Sekseria Industrial Estate on Chincholi Bunder Road. We are in unit 19/18-G, which is a bit of a walk back into the complex if you don't know the layout of the estate. We deal with all kinds of hardware parts that people need for building or fixing things around the house or shop. It’s a lot of nuts, bolts, handles, hinges, and other bits and pieces. The shelves are packed right up to the ceiling because we try to keep a bit of everything in stock just in case. It’s usually a bit messy because we are always pulling things down to show customers or packing up orders for delivery. Malad West is a busy area for this kind of trade, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We aren't a big flashy showroom with lights; it’s more of a working warehouse where we get things done. The air usually smells a bit like cold metal and grease, which is just part of the job every day. Most of our customers are builders or local tradespeople who know exactly what they want when they walk in. We just help them find it quickly so they can get back to their own jobs. It’s a practical business, and we don't spend much time on fancy talk or sales pitches. We just focus on having the right stock and being here when the doors open. It’s a steady life.
