Our spot is at 57-A in the Rna Arcade, which is part of the Lokhandwala area in Andheri West. We are pretty close to the High Point Restaurant, so it is easy to find us if you are familiar with the neighborhood. This place is always moving because of all the parcels and envelopes coming in and out. We handle a lot of international shipping, which means there is a lot of weighing boxes and checking addresses. The office can get a little cramped when there are a lot of deliveries waiting to be picked up or sorted. We have a counter where people bring their items, and we just get them ready for the courier. It is a lot of logistics and tracking numbers. Lokhandwala is a busy place, and there are always people walking by the arcade. We just stay busy with the labels and the tape. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop with people asking where their stuff is. We just do our best to keep track of everything. It is a basic service, but it keeps us on our toes all day. There is no fancy decor here, just the stuff we need to get the packages moving across the world. We are usually here from morning until the last pickup of the evening happens. It is honest work, and we like being part of this community. Sometimes things get delayed, but we just try to sort it out as it comes.
