Interior

We operate under the name Interior, and we are located at 3, Thakkarapt, near Ashokvan in Borivli East. Being in Mumbai, particularly in the 400 066 area, keeps us very busy. Our office is a simple apartment setup where we do all our thinking and drawing. It’s not a corporate building; it’s a place where we feel at home. We’ve been in Borivli East for a long time. Most of our day involves looking at floor plans or talking to vendors on the phone. We don't have a big flashy team. It’s just a couple of us who know how to handle wood, paint, and lights. Sometimes the office is a mess with wood shavings or fabric swatches everywhere, but that’s how we work best. We aren't interested in making things look like they are from a movie. We just want them to be useful for the people living there. Ashokvan is a nice landmark near us. People usually drop by to talk about their homes, and we just sit around a table and figure things out. We don't have any scripted mission statements or anything like that. We just take the work as it comes and try to get the measurements finished without too many mistakes. It is a humble way to run a business, but it works for us. We just keep it simple. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at tile samples. It’s just regular life for us.
