Intericons Engineers & Infrastructure

We have been over here at Shop No. 2 in Amar Mahal for a while now. It is right across from Quadriya Nagar, so there is always plenty of noise and activity outside our door. Most mornings start with unlocking the heavy shutters and getting the old fans going because the air gets a bit heavy by the afternoon. Intericons Engineers & Infrastructure is basically just a few of us working through piles of drawings and site plans every day. It is not a fancy place, just a regular office where we keep our tools and the paperwork mostly organized. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially with the buses passing by, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at blueprints on the big table in the back room. We usually have our tea around eleven and talk about what needs to get done before the sun goes down. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we first moved into the shop, but our corner stays pretty much the same. We have some old filing cabinets that have seen better days and the floor has some scuffs from moving equipment around, but the space works for what we need. Engineering work takes up most of our time, so we do not worry too much about having a perfect-looking lobby for people to sit in. It is just a practical spot for doing the work.
