Instel Engineers

Instel Engineers is tucked away on D J Road in Vile Parle West, at units 6 and 7. It’s a local spot where we do our engineering work. The space is split between the two units, and we’re always moving back and forth between them. It’s a busy street with plenty of shops and people walking by. Our workshop is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—metal parts, drawings, and tools scattered around. We try to keep it organized, but when we’re in the middle of a project, things tend to pile up. It’s just how we work. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't need to say much to each other to get the job done. We have some regular clients who drop by to talk about their requirements. We usually sit on whatever is available and look over the plans. It’s very informal. Vile Parle West is a nice area, though it can get quite loud during the festival seasons. We just close the doors and keep working. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just do the engineering and that’s about it. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little bit, but we just move the gear and keep going. It’s a real place with real people working hard every day. We usually have a radio playing in the background to keep things lively. The workbench is scarred from years of use, but it still serves us well. It’s just how it is.
