Innovative Technologies

Our workplace is in the Mahavir Industries Building, inside the Sun Mill Compound in Lower Parel West. This area used to be all about the old mills, but now it is a mix of everything. We are in one of those buildings that still has that industrial feel. Innovative Technologies is basically a workshop where we deal with a lot of technical stuff. The compound is always busy with people going to various offices and showrooms. Our space is functional, with workbenches, some computers, and parts scattered around. It is not the kind of place where you will see people in suits. We are usually in jeans, working on some piece of equipment or troubleshooting a problem. The lighting is not great, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it suits us just fine. We like being in Lower Parel because everything is close by, even if the traffic is a nightmare most of the time. We have been here for several years now. Most of our clients just know us by name and drop their stuff off for us to look at. We do not have a big marketing budget or a fancy entrance. It is just us doing the technical work we have always done. We keep things straightforward—if something can be fixed, we fix it, and if it cannot, we tell you straight. That is how we have always operated.
