Innobec Health Care

Innobec is located at S-86, Ibi House. We’re in Chimatpada, right near Marol Naka on the Andhei Kurla Road. If you know Mumbai, you know how crazy this road gets. There is always noise from the traffic and the metro overhead. Our office is in a busy commercial building. It’s not the biggest space, but we make it work. We handle healthcare supplies and distribution. The warehouse part is always moving. We have boxes stacked up and people coming in and out with delivery notes. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going. We aren't a big corporate giant. We’re just a group of people trying to get medical goods to where they need to go. Marol is a good spot for us because it's close to everything, even if the traffic is bad. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us take the train and then a rickshaw to get to Ibi House. We don't really do big meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be settled. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment arrives. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We try to keep things simple. No one wears a suit here. We just wear what's comfortable for a long day of work in Andheri. That is how we have always done it.
