Indus Valley Resort Booking Office

Our little office is located at D 6 in the Vishwa Shanti CHS building. If you are coming down 10th Main Road in Mulund East, you have to look for the 5th Cross near Mahd. It’s a quiet residential kind of spot, which is nice because it’s not as loud as the main markets. We spend our time here handling bookings for the Indus Valley Resort. Usually, there are two or three of us sitting here with the phones and the computer screens. It gets a bit hectic around the holidays when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We have to tell people when things are full, which isn't always fun, but that's the job. The office isn't anything fancy, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people who want to come in and talk to us in person. We get a lot of neighbors from the CHS stopping by to ask about prices or just to see what’s new. It’s a very local feel here in 400081. Sometimes the internet acts up or the courier is late, but we just manage. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. It is just us answering questions and making sure the dates for the resort trips are all lined up correctly. It’s steady work, and we like being part of the Mulund community.
