We are located in Mahim West, specifically at No. 215 in the Allied Industrial Estate. If you are looking for us, we are on Ram Panjvani Marg, which is quite close to M. M. C. Road. This is a real industrial area, so there are always trucks loading and unloading stuff nearby at all hours. Our space is mostly full of cardboard boxes and various surgical tools waiting to be sent out. We supply a lot of the local clinics and some of the bigger hospitals around the city with the gear they need for their operations. It is a busy warehouse environment. We aren't really a shop where you walk in and browse the shelves; it’s more of a distribution point for orders. The office part is just a couple of desks squeezed between the high shelves. We’ve been in this building for many years now. It’s a bit dusty and the lift is sometimes slow or out of order, but it works fine for us. We spend our days checking the inventory and shipping out orders to our regular customers. Most of our clients just call us up, and we send the equipment over by van. It’s a practical business without any nonsense. We know our products well because we handle them every single day. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in the middle of packing a big shipment.
