Indian Hospital Tour

Our office is No. 103 in the Gaurav Philips building, which is near the Rishi Complex on Holy Cross Road. We are in the IC Colony part of Borivali West. It’s a nice neighborhood with a lot of families around. Indian Hospital Tour is what we do here, which basically means we help people who are traveling to get medical treatment. We handle the logistics like where they will stay and how they will get to the hospital. It’s a lot of organizing and checking travel dates. The office is small and we have a lot of maps and brochures on the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and car services. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a flight is delayed or a patient changes their mind about a date. We try to keep things simple for the people who are already worried about their health. We aren't a travel agency for holidays; it’s strictly for people coming for surgery or treatment. Working in Borivali West is good because it’s easy to get around once you know the shortcuts. We have a small balcony where we take breaks. It’s just a few of us here trying to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We don't have any big signs out front, just our name on the door at Gaurav Philips.
