Indiabulls Infrastructure Resources

We are up on the 11th floor of Tower No 1 in the Indiab area of Lower Parel. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, right near Kamghar Stadium. Working out of this spot means we see a lot of the city movement from the windows. Our focus is on infrastructure resources. It sounds like a big term, but really it just means we handle the various pieces that go into building and managing projects. The office is located in the Kalp Taru area on Ns Road No 8 and 9. It can be a bit of a maze getting through these towers if you aren’t used to them. We spend most of our days looking at plans and dealing with the logistical side of things. It is not always exciting work, but it is necessary for the projects we are involved with. People come and go throughout the day, and there is always a lot of chatter about timelines and materials. Being in Lower Parel gives us a central spot, though the commute for some of us can be long depending on the trains. We just try to keep things moving along without making a fuss. The team has been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We don’t go in for big speeches about what we do. We just show up at the tower and get to work on whatever is on the desk for that day.
