You can find us over in Andheri West, right on 3rd Cross Road at the Lokhandwala Complex. We are in the Denzil building, specifically in flat B-501. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded Lokhandwala gets, but our building is a little bit tucked away. India Future Skills Development is just a group of us who wanted to set up a place for learning. We don't have a big lobby or a nameplate in gold. It is an old apartment that we’ve filled with desks and a few whiteboards. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, but we’ve gotten used to the honking. We aren't some massive training center with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us trying to help people learn new skills. We drink way too much coffee from the stall down the street. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and books. We’ve been here for a while now and we know all the building staff. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy for anyone to reach by rickshaw or train. We don’t use any corporate jargon or fancy talk. We just show up every morning and do our thing. The lift is small and slow, so we often take the stairs when we are in a hurry. It’s a very basic, honest workspace. We spend our time focusing on what needs to be taught next and making sure everyone has what they need to learn.
