Our place is over in Borivli West, right behind the BMC garden in Saibab Nagar. It is part of the Ratnabai Coop Society, specifically units 13 and 14 in building 7A. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the garden nearby, but we like the location well enough. We deal with import and export stuff mostly. There are always boxes coming and going, and a lot of customs forms that need to be filled out. It is not the most glamorous work in the world, but it keeps us busy. The office is usually stacked with papers and samples from different places. We have been in Mumbai for years now, so we know how the ports and the local transport work. It can be a real headache sometimes with the rain and the traffic, but we manage to get through it. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us making sure everything gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to spend all day on the phone sorting it out. That is just how this business goes. We do not have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. If you walk in, you will just see us working at our desks. We have been at this for a long time and we know our way around the logistics. It is a solid living and we enjoy being here.
