India Composites Show

We spend a lot of our time at the Bombay Exhibition Centre. It’s a massive place, and that’s where the India Composites Show happens. If you’ve ever been there, you know how much walking is involved. We aren't really a traditional office; we are more about putting this whole event together. It involves a lot of clipboards, floor plans, and talking to people about composite materials. The halls are usually empty when we start, and then they get filled up with all these massive displays and machinery. It’s a lot of work getting the lighting right and making sure the aisles are clear. We deal with all sorts of people, from big factory owners to students just looking around. The traffic around the centre can be a real nightmare, especially during the monsoon, so we end up spending long hours on-site. We don’t have a fancy corporate vibe. Most of the time, we’re just in jeans and comfortable shoes because there is so much ground to cover. Organizing something like this takes a lot of patience. There are always last-minute changes or someone who can't find their booth. We just try to stay calm and get it sorted. It’s rewarding to see it all come together after months of just looking at spreadsheets and drawings of the floor layout. It’s a busy environment and we just focus on making sure the event runs without any major problems.
