We are located at A 704 in Park Plaza, which is part of the Hiranandani Estate in Thane West. It is a nice area, quite a bit different from a typical industrial yard even though we deal with concrete products. Our office is up on the seventh floor, so we have a decent view of the surroundings. It is mostly where we handle the administrative side of things—the billing, the phone calls, and the planning. It is a quiet space compared to the actual production sites. There are only a few of us here on a regular basis. We try to keep the place organized, but with all the files and samples, it can get a little crowded. We have been in this spot for some time and have gotten used to the commute and the routine of the estate. We do not have a big sign out front or anything like that. People usually find us because they already know who we are or have the address handy. It is a professional enough setup but we keep it casual inside. We drink a lot of coffee and spend most of the day on the computer or the phone. We are not a giant corporation with a lobby; we are just a small team working out of a plaza. It suits us just fine for the kind of work we need to manage from this office. It is where all the paperwork gets sorted before everything goes out to the field.
